Keep up the exercise!
Adults are not active enough, says research from a 22-year-long study published in the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity.
The Canadian researchers looked at more than 800 people and found that 56 per cent of adults were consistently inactive and only 12 per cent of people stayed active with each subsequent survey.
These high inactivity levels are one reason why obesity rates have increased over the past few decades.
Some exercise every day will help you manage your shape.
