Texting or email could be the new way to motivate your teen to get healthy.

According to the Loozit study funded by the Australian Heart Foundation, text messages and emails are likely to prove to be a fast and inexpensive way to give encouragement and support to teens – and adults – wanting to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
