Wanting to lose weight? De-stressing may help.

According to research published in the American Journal of Epidemiology by Harvard Medical School researchers, stress related to work or bills in people with higher BMIs alters eating habits and causes weight-gain. So finding non-food ways to wind down is a great idea: keeping your mind busy by talking to a friend or going for a walk.
