I've been on many "diets", oops sorry about the swear word....I know they don't work and I know its about a lifestyle change.....however.......I need to stop talking about doing something and just get on with it. Fortunately my husband also wants to make changes and get some healthy eating on board and exercising so its going to be a whole lot easier with both of us walking down the road together....We both have about 20kg to lose so ready set go.......
