Instructions and steps: 

Step 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain.

Step 2 Chop the tomatoes into chunks.

Step 3 Combine all the ingredients in the pasta pot and mix together well. Divide between two bowls and garnish with salt and pepper to taste.
