I use chilli or barbecue beans in this recipe to give it a bit more zing, and add some smoked paprika. It's a fantastic dish to make for friends who are under the weather - it transports easily and freezes, too.
This is a great recipe. Especially good with top quality Angus beef mince.
Super quick, easy and tasty!
Family loved it!
A brilliant meal for our family. Both my toddler and 7 month old love it. I use a can of black beans in chilli to give it a bit more depth. So easy to make.
What a great standby this recipe is! I make it gluten free by substituting cooked rice for the pasta.
Also really good if you swap out the mince for silverside.
I have a couple of these in the freezer, perfect for those day you cant be bothered cooking dinner. Just take it out in the morning, then heat and eat that night.
