Delicious and simple. I chill the meatballs once cooked and they are perfect for a picnic lunch or dinner. I took to a shared picnic and my friends went straight to the supermarket to buy the ingredients and make them at home.
I must be blind I don;t see this in the Oct 2006 copy at all and not under Sophie Grays recipes.
Hi there - firstly, apologies for the delay responding to your comment. This recipe was published in a bonus mini-mag called Healthy Kids that went out with the Oct 2006 issue.
Easy, healthy and kid friendly - this recipe ticks all the boxes for my young family. Another winner from Sophie Gray!
I love this recipe.
This recipe is a favourite for us. So quick and tasty. Leftovers are great for lunch the next day too :-)
Is the sweet chilli sauce to be mixed in with the meatball ingredients or put in the sandwich/burger after they are cooked?
