Instructions

Instructions and steps:

Step 1 Spray a non-stick pan with oil. Coat pork chops in Moroccan seasoning, then place in a pan over a high heat to sear both sides.

Step 2 Lower heat. Add apples to pan. Keep turning pork until cooked through and apples are starting to brown. Remove apples, then drain any excess fat. Add wine. Simmer for 4 minutes to reduce.

Step 3 Transfer chops to serving plates. Top with apple, pour over wine reduction, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with mashed potato and steamed green beans.

Very nice combination.
I had some Moroccan seasoning already, so was pretty liberal with it, and made sure I didn't burn it in the pan. The apples went in before the pork was fully cooked. I liked how the apples held together with the skins on. Once the wine was added, I boosted the heat to get it reducing quickly. The combination of the seasoning, apples and reduced wine was very nice, provided you give each sufficient time. Would cook again.
