Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta following packet directions until al dente.
Step 2 Meanwhile, spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over a medium heat. Cook ham and courgettes for 4-5 minutes until light golden. Add tomatoes. Heat through for 1-2 more minutes.
Step 3 Drain pasta, then return to saucepan with vegetable and ham mixture. Toss well. Serve with shaved parmesan.
