Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a pan with oil. Gently fry onion and garlic until soft.
Step 2 Place in a large bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and using your hands, mix well. Shape into balls and place in an oven dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
Step 2 To make sauce, place all ingredients in a pot. Simmer for 20 minutes until slightly reduced. Serve meatballs with spaghetti and sauce on top.

These meatballs were absolutely delicious and went down a treat. Really easy to make and probably the best meatballs I have ever made - will be using this recipe again.
These were just awesome! So easy to make and I couldn't believe how well they turned out. Might make a bit extra sauce next time but that's about the only thing I'd change :)
