Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat a non-stick pan with oil spray. Cook onion and garlic until softened. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2 Add remaining ingredients. Mix together with clean hands to combine well.
Step 3 Spray an 8-hole muffin tin with oil. Divide mixture between holes, rounding the tops. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-coloured and cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy or relish. Garnish with flat-leaf parsley.

A great recipe, easy and very tasty!
I agree, this recipe is great! Easy to make and very adaptable, I have done it with Beef mince and I reckon it'd go well with Pork or Turkey mince too.
