Instructions and steps: 

Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Brown chicken mince in a non-stick pan. Drain off any fat. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2 Add chilli powder and tomato sauce. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and stir in vegetables.

Step 3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish and top with bread slices. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with a mixed salad.
