Step 1 Preheat sandwich press.
Step 2 Spray olive oil on one side of each tortilla.
Step 3 In a large bowl, combine chilli beans, cheese, coriander and onion.
Step 4 Place oiled side of tortilla on the press, then carefully spoon chilli bean mixture onto tortilla. Fold.
