Instructions and steps: 

Step 1 Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 Place 4 sheets of filo pastry on the baking paper in layers.

Step 3 Combine NESTLÉ Dark CHOC BITS with dried fruit and walnuts in a bowl. Spoon mixture down the centre of the pastry, stopping about 4cm from each end.

Step 4 Mix honey with boiling water and brush the liquid onto the filo around the fruit filling. Gently fold each end of the filo layers to enclose the filling and then roll up to form a large parcel.

Step 5 Brush outside of strudel with remaining honey water and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Slice and serve hot with a sprinkle of icing sugar if desired.
