Curried chicken coleslaw

- 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
- 4 teaspoons curry paste
- 450g readymade coleslaw
- 3 cups chopped salad vegetables such as spring onions, radish, cucumber, celery
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 1 apple, chopped
- 400g cooked lean chicken breast, sliced
- 4 x large (75g) wholemeal pita breads

Dietary fibre 11g
1 Mix yoghurt with the paste. Place coleslaw in a large bowl and add chopped vegetables with the remaining ingredients.
2 Toss to mix well and serve with toasted pita bread.
