1 cup long grain brown rice

1 In a wide, shallow saucepan, place rice, water and salt over a high heat and bring to the boil.
2 Reduce heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3 Remove from heat, let the rice sit, covered, for 10 minutes, then fluff it with a fork before serving with your favourite dish.
