Mango passionfruit mocktail

- 1 mint-flavoured green tea bag (we like Twinings)
- 3 mangoes
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 passionfruit

1 Pour 1/3 cup boiling water in a heatproof jug and steep tea bag for 2 minutes. Remove bag and cool tea slightly.
2 Remove flesh from mangoes and place in a food processor with pineapple juice and tea and blend until smooth. Add passionfruit pulp and pulse for a few seconds.
3 Strain liquid into a jug. Chill until ready to serve and serve with crushed ice.
