Rice cake funny faces

4 rice cakes
4 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt
sprinkling of cinnamon or ground ginger (optional)
1 kiwifruit, thinly sliced (see tip)
2 strawberries, halved

1 Spread the rice cakes with yoghurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon or ginger, if using.
2 Make a face with the fruit: use large kiwifruit circles with a blueberry in the middle for the eyes. Use a half-slice of kiwifruit for a mouth, cutting a moon shape, discarding the seedy centre. Use the strawberry halves for the nose.
You can also use golden kiwifruit for the mouth, if you want a variation.
