Vanilla honey chai tea

1/2 cup trim milk
1–2 black tea bags
4 whole cloves
2 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick (or a pinch of ground cinnamon)
1/2 vanilla pod, seeds scraped (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1 tablespoon honey

1 Place all ingredients in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring, for 6–8 minutes.
2 Strain tea into 2 glasses and serve.
