Warm green salad
- 130g pack fresh spinach
- 4 cups silver beet, shredded
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup pitted olives

1 Plunge spinach and silver beet into boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain. Transfer to a warmed serving dish.
2 To make dressing, mix vinegar, oil and juice together. Warm in a small pan and keep warm until ready to serve.
3 Add olives to salad. Toss lightly, then add dressing. Serve.
