Turkish Delight bon bons

- 4 sheets filo pastry, thawed
- oil spray
- 120g Turkish delight, roughly chopped
- 8 tablespoons reduced-fat Greek yoghurt, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place 1 sheet filo pastry on a flat surface. Spray with oil. Fold pastry in half. Place quarter of the Turkish delight on the edge (closest to you), leaving an 8cm border on each side. Roll filo, enclosing Turkish delight. Carefully twist ends of pastry to form a bon bon. Repeat with the remaining filo and Turkish delight.
2 Place bon bons on prepared tray and spray with oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
3 Dust bon bons with icing sugar if preferred and serve with yoghurt.
