Corn on the cob with garlic and chive butter
- 8 frozen corn cobs
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat spread
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Dietary fibre 3g
1 Steam corn cobs for 10 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, combine spread, garlic and chopped chives in small bowl. Spread over hot, cooked corn until melted. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
