Creamy chicken and avocado open sandwich

1/3 ripe avocado
1 cup rocket leaves
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon low-fat plain yoghurt
pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
tabasco sauce (optional)

- Spread avocado on toast. Add rocket leaves.
- Combine chicken with mayonnaise and yoghurt and mix well. Add this on top of rocket. Season with salt, pepper and tabasco (if using).
